3.3 Cancellation Policy for Custom Orders

Because personalized products are made specifically for you:

custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production has begun.

3.4 Handmade Variations

Because custom products are handcrafted:

  • engraving depth may vary slightly
  • alignment may vary slightly
  • finishing details may vary slightly

These are normal characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

3.5 Natural Material Disclaimer

Products made from natural stone may show:

  • organic imperfections

These characteristics are inherent to natural materials and are not quality issues.
