Yes. All HeIncise seals are handcrafted and made to order. Each piece is individually created based on your selected style and customization details.
2. How long does production take?
Custom orders typically require 7–10 business days for production before shipment. Production time may vary during peak periods or holidays.
3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination. Most international orders arrive within 7–20 business days after dispatch. Estimated delivery times are shown in our Shipping Policy.
4. Will my seal look exactly like the photos?
Not exactly. Because our products are made from natural stone and handcrafted individually, variations in color, grain, texture, and carving details are normal. Every piece is unique.
5. Can I request a custom design outside the listed templates?
Yes. If you do not find a preferred design in our available templates, please contact us. We are happy to discuss custom design possibilities.
6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because all products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. Please review your customization details carefully before placing your order.
7. Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
In most cases, customers will not be charged unexpected import duties or taxes. However, customs regulations vary by country, and rare exceptions may occur. If this happens, please contact us.
8. Can wearable seals actually be worn?
Yes. Our wearable seal collection is designed to function both as a seal and as a wearable art object, depending on the specific design. Please check individual product details for exact specifications.
