All HeIncise products are made to order.
Because each custom seal is individually handcrafted, please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipment.
Production time may vary depending on order volume, customization complexity, or public holiday schedules.
Production begins after successful payment confirmation.
Custom orders cannot be expedited unless explicitly agreed in advance.

Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
We aim to arrange shipping in a way that minimizes unexpected customs duties or import charges for customers.
In most cases, customers should not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.

Shipping Delays

- public holidays
- carrier delays
- force majeure events
Delivery delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
Delivered or Missing Packages
If tracking information indicates that a package has been successfully delivered, the order will be considered fulfilled.
If you believe your package is missing after delivery confirmation, please first check:
